I need my outgoing mails from HubSpot to show up in the IMAP sent folder, but they don’t. Now I sent them BCC myself, and that directs them to the inbox, where I use a filter of the mail client to move incomming mails from myself to the sent folder. But that solution is sub-optimal, because I need to start my client on the PC. Is HubSpot realy the only ‘Mail-Client’ that doesn’t copy sent mails on a IMAP server to the sent box? Or is there another solution I have overseen?

The ability for your emails to show up in your inbox’s sent folder is determined by your email servers.
If this is not happening automatically and you would like the emails logged in your inbox, then I would recommend continuing with the solution you have found.
