Hi,
currently, when editing the columns under Landing Pages > [Page Name] > Performance (e.g., to view specific metrics by source), the view resets every time the session ends or when switching context.
Request: Please allow HubSpot to remember/save the selected columns (or set a default preset for the user/account) so we don’t have to manually select our preferred columns every single time we analyze an individual landing page.
This would save a lot of time for daily reporting
Hi @RProckl and welcome back, it’s so nice to see you again on the HubSpot Community!
Thanks for sharing this valuable feedback with us.
I understand that the selected columns under Landing Pages > [Page Name] > Performance reset after the session ends or when switching context, which makes recurring reporting unnecessarily repetitive.
I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Persist Custom Views and Columns in Segments → Folders . To contribute, you can upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
I’d love to learn more about your workflow, do you have specific metrics you review most often?
In the meantime, you may be able to reduce the repetition by configuring the equivalent landing-page metrics in Reporting > Reports and saving the report to your report library or dashboard.
Also, let’s consult our Top Experts: Hi @Josh, @rebeccatravels and @danmoyle can you think of another way to achieve this or details you’d like to share, please?
Thanks so much and enjoy the day!

Hi @Berangere,
Thanks for the quick reply!
However, the linked idea regarding Segments & Folders covers a different use case. My request is strictly about the Landing Page > Performance view, where the current setup creates significant manual effort for our Marketing team.
I tried to create a customer report but it didn’t solve the use case:
With custom reports I cannot replicate the exact source-by-source breakdown and all the available columns provided on an individual landing page’s performance tab. It is either a source-by-source-breakdown or the landing page data.
On the landing page’s performance tab 7 columns are already selected by default, forcing us to uncheck irrelevant ones every time just to add our preferred metrics.
Important metrics we review daily (e.g. page view to submission rate ) end up at the far right and have to be re-added manually in every single session and for every landing page.
Having to re-configure these columns every time we analyze a new page or start a new session is a major time sink for our marketing colleagues. A option to save default columns per user/account on this specific page view would solve this completely.
But perhaps there’s a workaround or solution already existing and I didn’t find it yet.
Enjoy the sunny day
Rebecca
Hi. The only other option is to pull it via API without HubSpot enabling these to be saved (you weren’t wrong). I did explore if you could use the Claude integration to help you here, but it’s hitting the same wall. Just wanted to follow up that I explored a number of options for you as well.
Hi @RProckl and thanks for your reply.
To help increase visibility and streamline feedback for our Product Team, we encourage consolidating similar feature requests, even if I understand that it is the same idea, but on different product areas. Even though it’s a different area of the product, I encourage you to add your feedback to the existing idea thread here. Including your specific use case on this existing idea ensures the product team can see the range of needs and challenges users are experiencing.
Regarding the custom report option, thank you for sharing these details and context. Indeed, the custom report builder works well for page-views/sessions by source, however if you need metrics like bounce rate, time per page view, exits, etc., the performance tab remains the most complete out-of-the-box source-by-source view.
If anyone in the Community has found a creative workaround, please jump in and share!
Thanks so much again for the additional information, it’s very helpful! And Thank you so much @rebeccatravels for your help!

Hi @Berangere and thanks for clarifying why adding my specific use case to the submitted idea for a different product area. I added it just now
Thanks again for your help!

Hi @rebeccatravels,
thanks so much for your reply and for exploring all these options
Hi @RProckl. I’d definitely add your use case to the Ideas link @Berangere shared. Unfortunately as you’ve found, HubSpot doesn’t allow us to save custom column selections in the individual landing-page Performance tab.
I think a workable alternative is to build a saved report (or use and save one of the landing-page Analyze reports) with your preferred landing-page and source metrics. That will retain the configuration for repeat analysis, although it wouldn’t change the columns shown inside each page’s native Performance tab. If you need source-level page performance, a custom report using the relevant landing-page and web-activity/traffic data is likely the best option.
