Salesforce Sync Inclusion/Exclusion not working

Hello,

New hubspot user here. I have Hubspot integrated with Salesforce and all seems to be working. We limit what syncs to salesforce to form completopms only. We have an exlusion on our “Salesforce Sync” list to not include people who completed our general contact from (since these are mostly not prospcets). However these people are still syncing to salesforce and I can’t figure out why. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @JFox-Haines! There may be an issue with your Salesforce Sync list criteria… most commonly we see the misuse of “or” and “and” logic. Make sure your list is an Active list so it consistently updates to include and exclude the correct contacts, and make sure your using the correct logic, i.e. Lifecycle Stage = MQL and above, AND Form Submissions is none of General Contact.
