This record should automatically sync within 15 min. I have a number of comanies where they show this message for days and I cannot get the company to sync.

Hello @LBenioff are you using Salesforce native integration. I have seen that there is a limitation in that for syncing in 24 hrs so might this be a case.
Can you please let me know how you are syncing records. I will try to help more.

Hey Shubham, I’m having a similar issue. I set up our Salesforce integration yesterday (around 30 hours ago) in our Salesforce sandbox environment. I’m trying to sync around 300 contacts from HubSpot, but they all read the same “In queue - This record should automatically sync within 15 min.” I was able to push one contact into Salesforce by using the Resync action in HubSpot, but the rest remain in queue. Sync Health says there have been 3,800 API calls and there’s only 1 error on a single contact. Is there a way to view the queue or check the status of queue processing?

It has been days. I try to manually sync from the Salesforce Sync within the record.

Are there any updates on this? Or a solution that we can understand the root cause?
