We just started using HubSpot and we created templates for our sales team to use. However, they can’t seem to view the templates in Gmail. All templates are shared with everyone.
Both sales members have paid seats.
Personal email acces and template access are turned on under user permission.
If your sales team can’t see HubSpot email templates in Gmail, can you let me know if you have done the following?
Disable all advanced features in Gmail Inbox by navigating to Settings, save the changes, and reload the inbox.
Clear your browser’s cache.
Check for any conflicting Chrome extensions. In Gmail, click the sprocket icon in the top-right corner, select “Help & troubleshooting,” and disable any extensions that might interfere.
Make sure you’re not in incognito mode, as the HubSpot extension won’t work in this mode. If you are, switch to regular browsing.
Ensure that both Chrome and the HubSpot Sales extension are updated.
Verify that Gmail accounts are properly connected to HubSpot. This connection is crucial for using HubSpot email features in Gmail. Also, confirm that the templates are shared with “Everyone” in HubSpot.
Test accessing the templates in incognito mode to rule out any conflicts with browser extensions or settings.
Check that the HubSpot Sales extension is visible in Chrome by clicking the Extensions menu. If it’s not visible, pin it to your toolbar.
Double-check that all sales team members have the necessary permissions for email templates in HubSpot and confirm their roles include access to shared templates.
