Sales Software Certification - waiting on exercise to be graded for 14 days

I have passed all the Exercises for the Sales Software certification but 1, that has been sitting there to be graded for 2 weeks. Is there a way to get someone to look at it? It offers 24 hours grading turn around. It is the practical exercise: Filter your contacts.

This is the only step I need to complete my certification.
