Is there a way to have a specific property checked off when a specific sales pipeline is selected?

Yes! That’s a straightforward workflow/autiomation.

1. Go to your workflow tools and start a Deal-Based workflow
2. Set your enrollment criteria using the Deal Stage property and choose the appropriate stage
3. Set your action which will be, “Set Property Value”
4. Choose the target property type and the specific property you would like to set

That should do the trick!
