Hi, it would be great if we could prevent users with the sales extension from automatically creating contacts without certain properties, like we can in forms and when an object is created in the system. We run a business that is constantly sending emails and reaching out to people and our system is filled with essentially “junk” for a lot of these profiles and don’t include our basic requirements like first/last name. Either an automatically updated list of all contacts created through the extension so an admin can go through and appropriately update or a solution for this would be great.
A solution for this would be so great!
I second this! Would really love some sort of solution here. We now have tons of emails with no other contact properties added and it’s difficult to keep up and maintain clean data.

Agree, it’s a constant tidy up job. When you log email & add new contact from the outlook side bar, it looks like it creates the contact. But later in outlook it shows the contact is not created, but it won’t let you create it from there as the email had already been added. So you then need to find the email address in hubspot to then add the data. It is so inefficient. I know you say it is not a bug, that the system was designed this way, but I don’t believe it was consciously designed to create this mess, it was simply an element the developers did not think about
