Sales Email Sequence Out of Office

Hi Community

If I set up a sales email sequence and have the rule on to stop sequence when a contact replies, does anyone know if I receive an out of office reply does that stop the rest of the sequences completing?

Hi @HSaunders,

An out-of-office autoresponse will not stop a sequence. It will continue until a person actually responds, books a meeting, or meets whatever the criteria is to unenroll them from a sequence.

Hi @HSaunders,

I believe that might vary based on how the email service is handled on the recipient’s end. For example, Outlook might handle this differently than Gmail.
