# Sales Documents - Customer Access & Restriction

In the case where a client has decided NOT to do business with us, how do I restrict their access to sales documents?

If a customer has decided not to work with us further, I would prefer that they no longer have the privilege to view our document links previously shared.

Is it possible to restrict ONLY ONE CLIENT’S access to all documents without restricting all?

Hi @JHarman-Coval

This is an amazing suggestion and one that we have noted to implement in near future in the [CloudFiles](https://cloudfilesapp.co) app. It is a HubSpot app that can be used to upload, share, track and automate documents. It enhances HubSpot Documents and solves many of the issues associated with it.

We already support ID validation based on an included emails list and also on-the-fly link expiration. However your suggestion gave us a new idea and we have noted it for a future release.
