Hello everyone! I have created sequences/email templates that include HubSpot sales document links, but when the emails are sent, the links are not clickable. The person would have to copy and paste the links into their browser. I tested this with HubSpot support, and it appears to only be happening in Outlook. It shows that it is clickable in other email platforms. Any insights or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Yeah, Outlook is often the odd one out here. It won’t auto-link plain text the way Gmail or Apple Mail do, especially if corporate security policies are strict.
The safe path is to use HubSpot’s “insert link” option instead of pasting raw URLs, and wrap it in anchor text like “View Document.” That usually survives Outlook’s rendering rules.
If it still shows dead text, it’s almost certainly an Outlook policy rather than a HubSpot bug, and your IT team would need to tweak those settings.
