Hi,
I’ve been asking to create a report of contacts that have a HubSpot score over 100+, that haven’t been contacted since January - I was going to use “last activity date” and “last contacted” filters to say unknown or within a time frame, but I realized I might need to do this in a different way for a few reasons and I’m wondering if there’s a better way to accomplish this ask.
1. Since HubSpot is contact based, and there can be multiple contacts attached to a company record, there may be a contact the rep doesn’t work with regularly but may be working with another contact on the company to make purchases - meaning, a contact will pop up on the report showing no activity but there still may be on the account.
2. I tried running the report on the companies tab, as that might be easier since it’s not contact focused but some of the filters aren’t available.
With that being said - we’re ultimately trying to uncover contacts with a great lead score that don’t have activity on them, but not just contact-based as it may still show no activity with one contact but there could be with another contact in the company, skewing the results on reps activity with that company.
Is there a better way to do this? Thanks for any help!
