Is it possible to run a report of all deals in the Revenue pipeline and identify which ones have the word “Intouch” included? Then, share a spreadsheet with all these (including a column showing where the word “Intouch” appears) so it can be reviewed?

Yes, on the deal index page (Menu > Sales > Deals), you can click “Advanced filters”, find “Deal name” and specify that HubSpot should return all deals whose names contain your keyword “Intouch”.
If the keyword is stored elsewhere, you’d have to pick the corresponding field(s).
Once you’ve applied the filter, you can click “Export” to the right to export the view.

It doesn’t work. It shows zero deals. There should be numbers showing up.
@Abbylieve then apparently the keyword “Intouch” is not included in your deal names but somewhere else. You would have to specify the deal property in the filters where this keyword can pop up.
If you’re not sure, can you find an example of a deal you expect to show up and share a screenshot of the word “Intouch” that gives a bit of context where it’s used?
It’s more of identifying which ones have the word “Intouch” included. For example when I filter the word ‘Intouch’, deal names like Rintouch, IntouchPX, or IntouchMA should show up.
