Round Robin Meetings - My Business Hours for Every User

IDEA: Allow every HubSpot user indicate their own regular business hours and take those availabilities into account when assigning a Round Robin meeting.

PROBLEM: If a Round Robin Team Meeting Link includes members with differing start/end times, each member must currently place manual blocks on their calendar in order to ‘not’ be booked before or after their standard business day. This is a problem with any meeting/service that involves staggered schedules such as 7A-7P but with team members who work 7A-4P vs 10A-7P. If they don’t place manual blocks, a customer could book an employee 3 hours before they come to work. The issue becomes more exaggerated across timezones.

DETAILS: We’ve worked with other booking packages that allow for daily recurring availability set by each employee for each type of meeting, as well as irregular availability to respond to demand surges. Any additional level of control that doesn’t depend totally on manual calendar blocks would simplify things team members and de-clutter everyone’s calendars.

WHO: All Round Robin meeting users

GOAL: Avoid erroneous bookings with team members outside business hours or days.

Any updates on this?

I can’t believe this is actually an issue.

The HubSpot meeting link should easily be able to see if a request is outside of an agents working hours and assign it to another agent.

Now we need to manually create an event to block all time outside working hours.
