It would be nice to be able to have meeting link that could be assigned to a group as opposed to just an individual. This would allow our Sales Team to work as a round robin for leads that submit a meeting using the link.
When creating a round robin meeting for a team I would like to either 1) be able to choose the team as organizer, or 2) be able to remove the organizer’s name from the url slug.
The url showing a specific user’s name doesn’t really make sense on scheduling page for a team.
When setting up a meeting to be assigned via round robin, you must select a User as the organiser, and you are unable to select a Team. If that user (who was selected as the organiser) leaves the business and their account is deactivated, the round robin link with break - as its tied to the organiser, regardless of whether or not they were a team member on the assignment of the round robin.
If using a Team instead, this would avoid the breaking of links and the requirement to replace these links all throughout the site and throughout chatbots.
To add to this - it would be more than just nice - it’s just pure logic. A round robin is for an entire team, so a company url should be an option, not just put in the organisers url. As it stands it’s just not very well thought through.
+1 for customer
YES, THIS SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED.
For larger sales teams the current feature with Google Meet and Round Robin is useless…
This needs to be implemented. So important for teams to be able to use the meeting scheduler and have it work as intended.
Not to mention privacy concerns: the organizer’s name is expose via a URL right now. Probably a GDPR violation in there somewhere.
Would love this working yesterday! Please prioritize this feature.
This is very needed for all the reasons stated above. Such a weird and ugly-looking way to have to do round robin meeting links. Shocked that it’s 2025 and this is still a problem.
Hello!
I’m Melissa, the Product Manager for the Meetings tool! Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback!
While we do not currently have plans to support this ask, I wanted to let you all know that I’ve seen this feedback and will evaluate this idea in the future after we have completed some other projects that have our focus.
Thanks!
