There’s little we can do with Teams currently, some lead rotations are a nightmare, ex:

  • I have 2 teams, need to rotate between the users of both teams--currently undoable.
  • Some users need to be in 2 teams at the same time--currently undoable.
  • Need to rotate Contacts between All “sales” team included 2 other
    child teams--currently undoable.

I’ve been thinking, maybe some options in “Rotate contact to owner” could easy things out, and maybe a filter could help to (dashboards).

What would it look like?:

I have the same issue with having users on multiple teams that I need to rotate owners on. Currently the only solution is to use Rotate between “specific people” and we have to remember to edit the workflow whenever we need to make changes to the team.

Upvoting this for sure! What is the point of the secondary team label if it doesn’t do anything? It doesn’t even allow dashboard filters to use it.
