Roll-up Summary field equivalent to display (filtered) aggregates

Hi there,

One neat thing that is missing for me in HubSpot (which is available in Salesforce) is the ability to add roll-up summary fields.

For example, you might want to show a “count” on the Deal object of all custom records in Object A linked to that Deal. Or you might want to display the sum of their value. So it would be “summary” property on an object, allowing you to add the count/sum/minimum/maximum of standard and custom records related to it. We have a few standard properties in HubSpot like Count of Deals and Count of Tickets, but we need more. Also in Salesforce you can also add ‘filters’ so you’d only count particular types of record. For example, only the sum of Deals that are at Stage X.

Happy to speak to a Product Manager at HubSpot about all the possible use cases!

Vanessa Hunt is spot on with each recommendation listed above. Roll up summaries are a must within any CRM marketing itself as an “enterprise-grade” solution. We are using HubSpot Sales Enterprise and Operations Hub. We are disappointed that HubSpot doe not offer roll up or look up field types. We consider both field types as fundamental field types for any CRM, expecially HubSpot.
