Looking for alternatives to the native HubSpot meeting scheduler. Calendly is an obvious choice, but expensive at the lowest tier that allows integration. How does [cal.com](http://cal.com) compare? Are there any alternative calendar integrations that provide a robust integration?

Also, how does Google Calendar’s “Appointment Scheduling” look in terms of HubSpot integration relative to calendly and [cal.com](http://cal.com)? [https://workspace.google.com/intl/en\_ca/resources/appointment-scheduling/](https://workspace.google.com/intl/en_ca/resources/appointment-scheduling/)

The unresolvable issue is that HubSpot’s scheduling doesn’t allow you to add multiple calendars to check for availabile time slots. Calendly does; you can add as many additional calendars and have all of them checked for availablilities.

We need the ability for Users booking meetings for others to see the existing Meeting Details on a Users Calendar. All Meetings they are not in appear as private. How do we expose the details of these Meetings to Users booking the appointment?
