# Ring Central Integration

It would be great if HubSpot can work with RingCentral to create a separate tab on Contacts and Companies where logging of SMS/MMS could reside. Currently, RC programmed their extension to log SMS/MMS under the notes section. However, it would be great to have this in its own section so you can see analytics inside of HubSpot for Inbound and Outbound SMS/MMS.

I think its a great idea to have an SMS tab but possibly a nice to have. I did want to comment about where the SMS is currently logged. Are you seeing it under the Notes tab? I followed the set up videos and believe it was logging under the Calls tab. I haven’t got my RC SMS to work yet but I believe that’s where it’ll show the logged SMS messages. Another app I was using showed SMS under Calls.
