Yes, there is a feture avaailable in Hubspot Marketing Hub Enterprise Version where you can send email to your colleague/team member before publishing the email.

@ACarmi Since you don’t have Enterprise, my recommendation would be to share the email preview or send a test email to your colleagues so they’re able to review in a near-live state before sending. This is more manual and won’t allow them to indicate approval within HubSpot but it will give them a preview to review and weigh in on.
For the preview, your colleagues would need to be HubSpot users to successfully view. You can limit their permissions to read-only if there are concerns around them taking unwanted actions in HubSpot.
To send test emails, your colleagues will need to either be HubSpot users or verify their email address based on a prompt from HubSpot.
You may already know about these options but I wanted to share just in case!
