Retrieve user email instead of user ID?

Hi! We would like to move a Deal Owner’s email address to a 3rd party system by Zapier. However, Hubspot always provides the user information in the format of a numerical ID. Is there any way for Zapier to retrieve the user email address instead?

Or as a workaround: Could any kind of Hubspot workflow format the email address to an additional field based on the Deal Owner field?
