The sequence is finished but can I add another step and resume the sequence?

Hi @akhilmenonz1,

No, this is not possible. If a contact has completed a sequence and unenrolled from it, adding additional steps won’t affect them. You would have to identify these contacts and either manually complete these steps for them (e.g. send an email from their contact record) or create another sequence for these contacts that only contains the new steps, not the old ones.

Best regards!

Hi! I just added a step after my sequence finished, I realized. Is it still the case that they cannot continue in the sequence?
