# resubscription with partition

we have a partition with 3 countries/language, trying to activate the resubscription email. but the email only seem to work in 1 language and adress…what to do here?

Hi @TFalk,

Similar to the default double opt-in email in HubSpot, there is only one variation of this email. It’s a current limitation of the tool.
