Restrict users to only certain channels (inboxes) using Hubspot Free?

Hi All,

Highly tech savvy person, but new to Hubspot, just the free version right now.
We’ve currently got two Google Workspace accounts:
info@...
marketing@...
We’ve connected these both as Hubspot Channels, i.e. which show up as Inboxes.
We’ve got 5 users.
We’d like to be able to restrict which users can have access to which channels.
For example, we might want to allow 2 users to access (be able to send/receive) via the marketing@… channel, but all 5 users to able to access the info@... channel.
Is this possible with the free version of Hubspot?
If not, what’s the minimum version of Hubspot we’d have to upgrade to in order to get this functionality?

Hi @RossGerring,

Access to inboxes can be managed when there are multiple inboxes, not one, see here. (You would create an inbox each for those connected team email addresses you would like to separate by permission.) To create multiple inboxes, a Professional or Enterprise subscription is needed.
