How is this not a thing in 2026. When we want to limit it to just 2 users vs the 100 on staff… I don’t want to make a seperate dropdown for duplicate data.

This would be quite helpful - we are a platinum HubSpot partner, and when we go in to rebuild a system, there are a lot of us that join the account. And when our clients have active Sales personnel working and assigning leads, they do not like having to sift through an extra 5-7 names, and it also muddies up some of the data. Please HubSpot, make this feature!
Two years later - this is still an absolute must. Either allow certain users to be hidden, or make the selection specific to teams. Your pick, HubSpot!

Yes! This is a definite requirement. We have hundreds of Users and need to be able easily select and identify people for various pipelines, without showing all Users.
