We made a change to our forms which was needed, updating what happens when you submit a form (was previously a thank you message, now is redirected to a URL). However we need to know what the message was previously, because our tracking was looking for specific phrases and we’ve found that some forms had slightly different messaging and need to update our tracking accordingly. We can’t do that until we know what phrases were on each form individually; a version history would fix this in seconds.
Like mentioned a couple of times here before, some sort of revision tracking would help to troubleshoot potential issues that might occuur when changes are made to a form.+
Yes! Revision history with who made the change and when. The ability to revert or at least see a previous version would be so helpful! The timestamp of when it was changed, would also be helpful!
This is a badly needed feature - we have had a form had all fields removed and no way to get it back to how it was. Which has caused a lot of problems for us.

While my app doesn’t currently support forms, your request perfectly highlights the need for this kind of version control and backup solution across all of HubSpot’s tools. It’s clear that a “Google Sheets-like” version history would be incredibly valuable for forms as well.

We just ran into this big time. We had important custom links in several of our forms that were overwritten by copy-and-paste. It’s a huge amount of work to match the links to these forms.
Revert or at least see is a must-have.
I hope this is something coming in the near future! Enterprise-level customers expect some level of audit trail, and the fact there is none for Forms is concerning.
