Hi there,

Imagine this scenario:

  • Person A give a Task to Person B
  • Pearson B need more information to complete the task

How can Person B request that information and how can Person A get a notification about that request?

Hi @JFerreira

They could create a note on the contact record with their questions and @mention Person A on the note.

Other than that, HubSpot isn’t really build for this type of communication.
