Currently, it is not possible to reply to a feedback within the feedback answering tools, unless you use an email connected to a shared inbox.
However, in my company, we made a choice to move all channels to Helpdesk.
It would be good to have the option to use any email connected to hubspot, as an address to use when answering feedbacks in the feedback tool.
We are now handicaped.
