Need an option to reset or clear out a HubSpot score. When my leads go cold, I need to enter them into a re-engagement campaign. The score must start from scratch and be able to go up and hit the threshold again so it can be sent as a warm lead to sales.
I strongly second this idea for the exact same reason. We’ve set it so when Sales mark a lead as closed it is pushed into Hubspot with a custom contact property and based on that (or whatever property one would choose) the Hubspot Lead Score would reset to zero. With that, it will make the contact interact with content, request to be contacted, etc. and therefore ‘warm’ themselves back up so we can sync them back to Salesforce when they hits the desired lead score.
We tried to do this same thing thru a workflow but ran into a snag when it would only let us reset the ‘Marketing Lead Score’ and not the Hubspot Lead Score’ which everything is setup under throughout our instance of Hubspot. Additionally, in the lead scoring property where the values are set, it will only let you add or subtract from the current lead score which presents a whole new set of issues I’m not going to try and type out.
I also have run into similar situations, where leads have gone cold and are unengaged and we would like the Hubspot Score to reset. Ideally, we would like to take old SALs and convert them back into leads and have the Hubspot score reset/go to zero, so we can track engagement from scratch. Please add this or the possibility to work it into a workflow at least!

Were you able to resolve the HubSpot Score. I have a contact that have been disqualified by the sales team, i would like to reset their hubspot score to zero. Due to the score they still have, its would take them back to sales again. Is there a way for me to reset their score to zero ?
