# Reset My Password

I’m trying to change the assigned password given to me when I registered. When I try to change my password, it’s asking for my current password. I never picked out a password, so I don’t know it to reset a new one. What can I do?

Hey @PImmanivong reset my password should just ask you for your email, what is it you’re seeing on the screen exactly when you try to reset your password?

@PImmanivong did you review the article I shared at all? After logging out, when logging in, you follow the “forgot your password” options that don’t require you to enter your current password.

Hi @PImmanivong,

Have you considered logging out, then, upon log in, going through the “forgot your password” steps?

Do you have an admin that can assist you?

Karsten. Thank you for responding to my inquiry. Unfortunately I do not have an assist to help. I want to try out the CRM before fully committing to a plan. I tried logging out and back in but I don’t know the password that was assigned to me. I tried all of the password that I use on all my accounts to no avail.
