Reservation Order matched to multiple Suppliers

Hi I am new to HS and I have use case and wondering if you can help me out how can I achieve with HS. From what I undersand we have Deals and Tickets.

1. Orders from our Platform can be triggered to HS as Reservation Order.
Understand this can be a Deal with Order requirement details, price, date of event, etc.

2. For this Reservation Order, we contact multiple suppliers.
Since each supplier discussions take place based on avaialblility, pricing, offer, etc… we need to capture this information. The sales agents liaise with various suppliers with properties such as their offer price, notes, etc.

All communciations needs to be tracked for each supplier against the Order (Point1).
Can we use Tickets for Point2? Or any other suggestions you may have.
3. Once the Supplier that matches the requirement of the Order (Point1), we need to match and close the deal.

Can HS please help out on how to combine Deals and Tickets.

Hi @Sanj27,

If you do not need the supplier details (offer price, notes, etc.) as specific properties, you could have your suppliers as companies and create a deal for each order as you suggested.

So, you’d have a deal for each order.

Then, you’d associate each company (supplier) to the deal.

Then, you can create a note on the deal with the supplier details as well as log communications to the deal and company (supplier).

Use association labels to identify the “Selected Supplier”.
