It would be good to be able to resend a bounced or unanswered survey without creating a new survey or workflow to do this.
This could be extended to be able to trigger a follow up email, to increase response rates on surveys.
Who: Customer Success/Experience/Support
Goal: To be able to resend bounced surveys, and also to prompt customers who didn’t respond to complete survey
Value: Make the survey functionality more usable for CX, allowing Hubspot to be the one source of truth for feedback
Others: Almost all other survey product do this e.g. AskNicely, Qualtrics etc
