Hi I have set up a Zoom Booking feature with Hubspot. The initial booking is fine, but when I click on the link to reschedule an appointment it will let me select a new date and time but then the contact form is unfillable, so the changes then can’t be submitted.
I found someone asking the same thing on an ideas post in 2023 but there were no replies. Thanks

this is the standard way of working for the reschedule option
why? because as the contact has already completed the information
they don’t need to put everything again.
its better if the information is shown? probably, (this could be a good idea in the ideas forum)
but you can rest assured that this is how it works.
