Hi friends, I need your kind advice.
We have set up required properties for moving Deals to Closed Won and Closed Lost stages - it works just fine in the web app, but NOT in the Mobile app. In the mobile app, the modal doesn’t pop up when the Deal moves to Closed Won stage, but pops up when moves to the Closed Lost stage. Wondering, why is it so?
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

I couldn’t reproduce on my end while testing with the app - I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots specific examples about this

required properties work fine for us. We did however find that conditional logic based required properties do not work on the mobile app, and I have created a new post to highlight this bug on the mobile app.
