Request to transfer HubSpot Academy certifications from former employer account

Hi HubSpot Academy team,

My HubSpot Academy certifications are associated with an email/login from my former employer. That account used Google SSO, and I no longer have access to those Google credentials.

I’d like to transfer my Academy records to my personal HubSpot account, which uses my personal Gmail/Google SSO.

The certifications I’m trying to recover are:

  • HubSpot Sales Hub Software
  • HubSpot Revenue Operations

Please let me know the secure/private way to provide my former work email and personal email for verification.

Contact HubSpot Academy Support and ask them to verify ownership and transfer the certifications to your personal account. Don’t post your old or personal email publicly; provide them only through their secure support channel.
