My previous HubSpot profile was deleted due to inactivity, and I received an email confirming that the profile would be deleted. I have since created a new HubSpot account using the same email address that was associated with my previous profile.
Because the previous profile was deleted, I no longer have access to my HubSpot Academy certifications, and the original certificate links no longer work.
Could you please check whether it is possible to restore these certifications and link them to my current account?

The email address for my previous profile and my current HubSpot account is the same.
Certifications affected and completion dates:
Content Marketing Certification - August 2025
Social Media Marketing Certification - July 2025
Inbound Marketing Certification - April 2025
I also have the credential IDs for these certifications, LinkedIn records showing the original certification information, and the HubSpot email notifying me that my previous profile would be deleted. I can provide these if needed.

Typically when a user account is deleted/ purged from our system so are the certifications associated with the specific user. That said, I’ve sent you a DM to confirm the email address + screenshots of your past certifications. Once we have this, I’m happy to pair with the Academy team and confirm what we’re able to do here.

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue.
My previous HubSpot profile was deleted due to inactivity, and I can no longer access my Inbound Marketing Certification or use the original credential link.
I have created a new HubSpot account using the same email address. Could you please help restore the certification and link it to my current account?
