Currently, the DND email editor does not support adding custom CSS or external font families. This limitation creates challenges when clients with high design expectations want to achieve a seamless desktop and mobile-friendly experience.
Additionally, many client websites use fonts that are not included in the editor’s default font options. As a result, we often have to inform clients to use default fonts, which do not align with their brand’s design consistency.
We kindly request improvements in the following areas:
1. Enable the ability to include custom CSS in the DND email editor.
2. Allow the addition of external fonts to match client-specific branding requirements.
These enhancements would significantly improve the usability and flexibility of the DND email editor for both designers and clients.
