Request to correct name on HubSpot Academy certificate

Hi HubSpot Academy team,

I recently completed the HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification, but the name displayed on my certificate is Favour Albert.

My HubSpot Academy profile currently shows my full name correctly as Favour Chiamaka Albert, which is the name I would like displayed on my certificate.

Could you please help me update or reissue the certificate so that it displays my full name as Favour Chiamaka Albert?

Thank you for posting to the Community!

Can you please try the following:

Go to your Academy profile
Remove the name in the middle of your profile (Chiamaka)
Then click on Save
Then re-add the middle name in the first name section like this: Favour Chiamaka
Regenerate the academy certification
