The introduction of the “Shared” tab as the default view has negatively impacted our workflow. For sales teams actively managing deals, the “All activities” tab is the most relevant and operationally critical view. It provides a complete, chronological history of all engagement and is essential for day to day execution.
Bad UX to not be able to customize default views including tab priority
Should be able to re-order these tabs
By forcing “Shared” as the default with no option to customize this behavior, the update introduces unnecessary friction. It adds extra clicks to a task that is performed repeatedly throughout the day and disrupts established workflows.
I would strongly recommend:
- Allowing users to set their preferred default tab (Shared vs All activities)
- At minimum, remembering the last selected tab per user session
This change would restore efficiency and give users control over how they interact with their data.
Please consider prioritizing this in an upcoming update.
