# Reports not showing actual progress

Hi there, I have set up a pipeline, a pretty basic one that almost comes from the original hubspot set up. And I added a couple of reports to my dashboard. The issue is that the reports do not retrieve the information from the pipeline correctly. There are deals that are not reflected there. I thought it would get updated once a day but we’ve been waiting for a week already and nothing happened. Is there a bug there?

Hi @evpre! One thing you can try is checking the Frequency of your dashboard filter. If you have the Frequency set to weekly, for example, you’re probably not getting the deals you just entered yesterday.

On your Sales Dashboard, click Filter Dashboard \> Date Range.

Select your preferred Date Range, so when you want to see data from - data for this week, or whole month?

Then select your Frequency to set the time interval for your reports.
