# Reports Not Displaying (not setting issue)

I was going over a dashboard with a HS user that’s assigned a sales seat and they couldn’t view the data in the reports on the dashboard. They were all empty. It’s not a setting issue as they have access. It’s not a filter issue as all the filters were the same as on my own screen. I’m unsure if others are experiencing this issue, but it wasn’t just that one dashboard, it was others.

Any ideas on the possible issue?

Could you please share a screenshot of one such report? Is it entirely empty, is there an icon, does it say there are not data to display?

Can you confirm which permissions you checked exactly? Not only does a user need the permissions to view _reports_, they only need the permissions to view the _records or assets_ displayed in the report. In other words, report viewing permissions won’t get you very far if you don’t have the permissions to view the contacts, companies, or deals, for example, displayed in the report.

Here’s what it looked like. There is data on my end but on their end, they can’t see the same data. I checked their permission settings on the account level. They have access to it all; viewing and editing reports, contacts, deals; everything.

They’re filtered by team and/or sales rep (name). The person having issues is on the specific team.

@ACD26 I can’t identify anything from a distance - I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support in app. They can investigate directly in your portal.
