Setup
In our portal companies are organized on a branch level so a larger legal company with multiple branches is represented as multiple HubSpot companies. HubSpots built-in parent/child associations between companies is then used to track the legal company. The headquater branch is the parent and all other branches are children.
We want to get an overview the full company specifically its associated deals. Concretely, we want to report on the deals of all branches of the company including the parent. Ideally we use a report card on the parent comapnies record page to get an easy overview.
Issue
There is no standard solution in a report to show a companies deals and the deals of its associated company. By tweaking the data sources or using a custom data set it is possible to show the deals of the child comapnies, but not at the same time as the parent deals.
There is a workaround using custom properties, workflows, and a custom data set, but a simple built in solution would help the parent/child association lables be much more useful in general.
