Right now, HubSpot Credits usage is only exposed in Account & Billing and not available as a data source in default or custom reports or dashboards. You also can’t add the native “HubSpot Credits” reports to (showing current and historic usage) to a reporting dashboard.
With the growing focus on AI within HubSpot, we want to report on agent utilisation and general AI adoption - and a key element of this is credit spend. Account & billing is also typically a locked-down corner of any HubSpot portal, but oversight of credit spend is helpful to a broad range of users.
