Hi folks, I’m a new HubSpot admin and I’m hoping to run a report of all records (especially accounts) that are owned by inactive users. I looked into creating a custom report but I did not see a user object.

Could you specify what you mean when you refer to an inactive user? Deactivated? Or not logging in on a regular basis?

@LProcknow on the company index page, when using the filter drop-down for company owner, you can also choose to show deactivated users. I’d recommend creating a saved filtered view for this and reviewing it on a regular basis. That’s probably the best way to identify records owned by deactivated users. There is no yet a filter for the user status of the company owner.
