Would appreciate the ability to include document usage (view/shares/unique visits/etc) in the reporting tool. Our marketing department is trying to assess which documents to keep/update and which to retire based on this data. Would also like the ability to overlay document usaage on Lifecycle stages to see which documents are influencing movement through the people pipeline.

Hi All,

I’m Ryan, the PM for HubSpot’s sales document tool.

At this time, we still don’t offer documents as a data source for custom reports.

However, there are two documents report templates that can partially help solve for this in the meantime. You can navigate to these templates through Reporting \> Reports \> Create report \> Template report library \> Enter “documents” in Data sources dropdown.

We will be sure to update this post when additional reporting capabilities are available.

Sincerely,
Ryan
