We have recently been wanting to make a report where it lists the total amount of times we have had a face to face meeting with a contact that has a certain jobtitle. I am struggling to create a report that does this however, as while I have also tried making workflows that use filters (e.g. if this user has a logged meeting with the meetingtype “face to face” and the jobtitle of “x”, make customfield+1), these filters don’t reenroll so if someone has multiple meetings the customfield stays at 1.
Was wondering if there was something simple I was missing and if anyone had any suggestions.

Have you created a custom report? More information in our knowledge base here. You can analyze multiple data sources across HubSpot. The difference between the custom report builder and other types of HubSpot reports is that you can surface data from marketing and sales activities in addition to objects.

@NJThomps - If you have access to custom reports this should be simple enough:
- Create a custom report with contacts and activities as the data sources
- Filter the report by the contact property job title (as required)
- Filter the report by call and meeting type is equal to ‘face to face’
- Select ‘Pivot table’
- Add ‘Record ID - Contacts’ as the first row
- Add ‘Record ID - Activity’ as the second
- Add ‘Count of activities’ as the value

That solution was absolutely perfect thank you.
Will note that having the Record ID for activities in the configuration actually seemed to break the count as it would be showing 1 against all the unique meeting IDs, but removing that gave us the exact report we wanted.
