Report to compare deal revenue vs budget

Hi. Is it possible to create a report that splits into different products, and sales reps, AND compare this to budget - per month? Something like this:

Product group X Actual 1200 500 1000
Budget 1000 1000 1000
Diff 200 -500 0
Product group Y Actual 500 600 600
Budget 500 300 800
Diff 0 -300 200
