I try to create a report where I get the number of tickets created in the past 7 days as well as the number of tickets closed in the same range of days.
Help would be highly appreciated

This would have to be two separate reports that you place side-by-side on a dashboard.
One report would have the create date on the x-axis, the other would have the close date on the y-axis – the y-axis would visualize the count of tickets.
Let me know if your question was about report creation in general or just the combination of these two in one report!
