I have a client who likes the Breeze Intelligence but also wants to know which of their users are choosing to enrich records, who is not, and how many times did a users enrich records. They want to track how their credits are being used. There’s currently no way to report on this activity at this level.
We can pull a report of the records that have been enriched by using the “Has been enriched” field. But a few more items such as User vs Auto and WHEN was the record last enriched would be super to have the ability to report on.
Yes, that data is available in the property details but it requires manual research to find. I’m asking for more enrichment properties so reports can be built. Thank you!
P.S. In the “select idea category” below there is no option, currently, for Breeze or AI in general. Please add it.
