Hello everyone.
I have my Unsubscribe survey enabled, so for every email I send I can see why people are unsubscribing. In the indivdiaul email report, this is very easy to see.
I want to make a report that shows me Unsubscribe reason over time, or Unsubscribe reason for many emails. However, when I go in to make a Custom Report, I don’t see Unsubscribe Reason anywhere in the fields. I have tried a number of ways but never see it.
How can I make a report that lets me see Unsubscribe Reason Over Time? Thanks!

Thank you! I still can’t quite figure out how to build the entire report. Is there a step by step guide I could look at that would show me how to build a report like this?
@JMcLaughlin06 drag the ‘(count) gave reasons for unsubscribe’ on the y axis, the timestamp on the x axis and ‘Reason’ into ‘Break down by’. That should already give you what you need.
